This Saturday, six years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011. So we are selling these special desserts for keeping in mind this day.

＊Edamame Rice cake, we call "ZUNDA-MOCHI"  is a traditional Japanese comfort food from the region surrounding Sendai. Lovers of all things mochi embrace the combo of slightly sweetened edamame and sticky rice, and in honor of those impacted by the 2011 earthquake our special dessert is a update on this classic dish.

今週の土曜日の3月11日で東日本大震災から６年が経ちます。このマーケットが同日に行われるので、沢山の犠牲になった方々への哀悼の意と震災の記憶を風化しないように、という思いを込めて震災のあった東北地方の有名な仙台の銘菓『ずんだ餅』にちなんだデザートを販売いたします。当日分のご用意もさせて頂きますが、ご予約も承っております。
