Noren Portland has declared Mio's Delectables!
I'm so happy that Noren Portland has declared Mio's Delectables #1 for those who like their sweets balanced and sourced from local, seasonal fruits. Noren likes that I bring a Japanese sensibility to my treats, because I believe that "whatever I like, you will like too," and Noren says that it really shows when they try my delectables.
Tarts are the standouts, showcasing the freshest fruit and wowing the crowds, but my other treats are good too! Even if you don't understand Japanese the pictures below speak for themselves.
